个人简介

20203月博士毕业于上海交通大学电子科学与技术专业,同年9月进入上海应用技术大学理学院应用物理系任教。主要从事微电子机械系统(MEMS)传感器、半导体器件等领域的研究,主持科研项目有国家自然科学基金青年基金、上海高校青年教师培养项目、校级项目和横向课题等,在国内外高水平刊物发表科研论文三十余篇,专利公开3项。
