To further strengthen university-enterprise collaboration, expand internship and employment channels for students, and promote precise alignment between talent cultivation and corporate needs, on April 17, Deputy Party Committee Secretary and Vice President Wang Ying led a delegation from the College of Science, including Party and administrative leaders, Professor Zou Jun—a national "Thousand Talents Plan" leading expert, key faculty members in the optics and photonics discipline, and student representatives—to visit Shanghai HE Hui Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. for enterprise engagement and position expansion.

Hehui Optoelectronics warmly welcomed our delegation from the university, accompanied us through the company's exhibition hall, and provided a detailed introduction to the company's development history, core technologies, main products, and application fields. We also observed advanced production equipment and automated production lines, gaining a firsthand understanding of the company's modernized production processes and stringent quality control system.

Subsequently, the university and the enterprise held an in-depth seminar and exchange. Wu Jiajun, the head of the Recruitment and Training Department at Heijia Optoelectronics, introduced the company's current development status, talent needs, employee training and development, as well as the progress of students already employed by the university. Since 2018, the university and the enterprise have maintained close collaboration, with 26 graduates from our university now working at Heijia Optoelectronics and achieving growth and development in their respective positions. He mentioned that the company places great emphasis on talent recruitment and development, offering employees extensive growth opportunities and favorable benefits, and expressed a desire to further strengthen cooperation with our university.

Wang Ying, on behalf of the school, expresses gratitude to Hehui Optoelectronics for their long-term support of the school's talent development work, and has high hopes for the three graduates who have signed contracts with Hehui Optoelectronics. She hopes that they will cherish employment opportunities, quickly familiarize themselves with their job positions, and continuously learn and improve in their work. She pointed out that the school always adheres to the guidance of social needs, is committed to cultivating high-quality applied talents with innovative spirit and practical ability, strengthens communication and cooperation between schools and enterprises, and builds a better internship and employment platform for students. At the same time, she also hopes to promote the integration of industry and education through cooperation, make the demand for talents by enterprises a key "topic" for the cultivation of applied innovative talents, improve the quality of talent cultivation, establish a normalized docking mechanism with Hehui Optoelectronics, and provide more outstanding talents for enterprises, creating more favorable conditions for the growth and development of students and the high-quality development of the school.

Shanghai Hehui Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. was established in October 2012 and is located in Jinshan District, Shanghai. It is a high-tech state-owned wholly-owned company specializing in the production of small and medium-sized AMOLED display screens and the research and development of next-generation display technology. The company is technologically leading in the AMOLED field and has built two modern AMOLED production lines, the 4.5th and 6th generations. The successful completion and operation of the 6th generation AMOLED production line project greatly enhances the company's capabilities and was officially listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board on May 28, 2021.
