During the summer vacation, I had the privilege of participating in the Shanghai International Organization Youth Talent Summer Camp. This event not only broadened my horizons, but also gave me a deeper understanding and recognition of international organizations. During the event, by listening to expert lectures and participating in group discussions, I gained a more comprehensive understanding of the operational mechanisms, mission responsibilities, and roles of international organizations such as the United Nations in global governance. Especially the experience of interning at the United Nations headquarters shared by an international organization intern, which deeply impressed me with the importance and challenges of working in international organizations.

       The summer camp provided me with abundant learning resources and high-quality teaching services, giving me the opportunity to deepen my knowledge of international organizations. Through field visits and literature searches, I not only improved my research abilities, but also learned how to combine theory with practice.

      In the group discussion on Portrait of the International STEM Research Institute, I collaborated with classmates from different universities to complete task assignments and team leader elections. This process not only honed my communication and coordination skills, but also made me realize the importance of teamwork. Facing a new and unfamiliar field, it is particularly important to quickly acquire knowledge and find breakthroughs in the activity.

     The activities of summer camp are not limited to academic learning, but also include a variety of colorful activities such as party building and joint construction. These activities have made me more aware of my mission and responsibility as a young person in the new era, inspiring me to continuously improve my comprehensive qualities in my future studies and work.

    Finally, participating in this summer camp has greatly helped me with my future career planning. Through exchanges and learning from international organization experts, I have developed a strong interest in working in international organizations. This summer camp provided me with a window to understand the work of international organizations, and also provided me with new ideas and directions for my future career planning! I will summarize and organize what I have learned this time, continuously accumulate and continue to grow.

   Overall, participating in the Shanghai International Organization Youth Talent Summer Camp was a valuable experience.
