In order to further promote the internationalization of the college's education work and plan international cooperation projects, Professor Xu Tao, Vice Dean of the School of Engineering and Technology of China Europe at Shanghai University, was invited to our college on the afternoon of December 8th to give a special lecture with the theme of Integrating knowledge and action, integrating knowledge and practice, and reflecting on the development of Sino foreign cooperative education in the new era. Chen Lei, Secretary of the college's Party Committee, presided over the lecture. Members of the college's party and government team, heads of various majors, directors of the teaching and research department, and relevant teachers attended the training lecture.

 At the meeting, Professor Xu Tao first introduced the overall overview of Sino foreign cooperative education from the aspects of its significance, definition and classification, as well as the development of Sino foreign cooperative education institutions and projects in China and Shanghai. Next, he took the China Europe Engineering and Technology College of Shanghai University as an example to comprehensively introduce the school's educational positioning, training mode, faculty, educational resources, student development, and other aspects. He shared the work experience of the college in bringing in and going out in Sino foreign cooperative education, as well as the bottlenecks and problems it faces in international education. Finally, Professor Xu Tao shared his thoughts with the attendees on the construction ideas, paths, and possible difficulties and solutions encountered during the construction process of Sino foreign cooperative educational institutions and projects.

  Chen Lei, Secretary of the Party Committee of the College, welcomed Professor Xu Tao's arrival. He introduced the current situation of Sino foreign cooperative education in our college and led the attendees to have in-depth discussions and exchanges with Professor Xu Tao on the future development direction of Sino foreign cooperative education in the College of Science, feasibility analysis of various construction paths, and possible problems.

   The implementation of this lecture has strengthened the exchange of experience and mutual learning in Sino foreign cooperative education, and has important guiding significance for the internationalization of our school's education work, especially the operation and development of Sino foreign cooperative education projects.
