2006年 毕业于中科院上海分院硅酸盐研究所，获材料科学与工程专业工学博士学位;
2003年 毕业于湘潭大学物理系，获凝聚态物理专业理学硕士学位;
2000年 毕业于聊城师范学院物理系，获理学学士学位.
工作经历
2006.07--至今，任教于上海应用技术大学理学院。

普通物理，建筑物理，大学物理实验
研究方向
主要从事半导体薄膜材料的制备、掺杂及其结构、物理性能研究，特别是半导体材料的电学和光学性能。
